We have a Compliance team who check every report (in addition to the valuer) to ensure accurate reporting which adheres to the requirements of each of our clients.
We also follow up on the actual sales figure for properties we have valued previously and find that our valuations are generally within 5% of the final sale price.
All of our valuers are Members of the Australian Property Institute and are registered in the State of Queensland.
